Why a Cruise? A Strategic Setting for Renewal and Results

. . .

Leadership work requires space to think, connect, and reset. The cruise-based setting provides an immersive and contained environment where women in ministry and business can focus without everyday distractions. Sessions take place in dedicated meeting spaces onboard, allowing participants to engage fully in workshops, peer dialogue, and spiritual reflection.

The all-inclusive format streamlines logistics; lodging, meals, and gathering spaces are all onsite, which increases access and reduces planning fatigue for women with demanding leadership roles. This retreat model prioritizes rest as a leadership discipline and offers a cost-effective, high-impact alternative to more traditional venues.

From there, follow the directional signs for your designated ship's pier terminal.

From Miami International Airport (30 miles):

Take 836 East to I-95 North.

Exit I-95 North at 595 East.

Follow 595 to the end; then follow the Port Everglades signs.

Parking Information

After dropping off your checked luggage at the pier terminal with the porters and cruise line representative, proceed to the appropriate parking** garage for that terminal. Rates* are $20 USD per day for the regular vehicles and $25 USD for the oversized vehicles (rates subject to change without notice by the Port Authority). For additional information or vehicle size restrictions, please contact USA Parking at (954)468-3680.

Security at the Pier

Please expect delays related to security procedures when arriving at the pier to board the ship. These procedures have been designed for your safety and all attempts will be made to expedite you through the process as quickly as possible. For any day of travel concerns you may have, contact (800) 256-6649 or (305) 539-4107.

Do I need a passport for this cruise?

You don't but . . . everyone will need to present an accepted form of identification to board the ship. We strongly recommend that all guests present a passport as their form of ID on boarding day, and for some guests a passport is required. The passport must be valid for six months after the day your cruise ends. The name on your passport should match the name on your reservation.

While some other forms of ID may be accepted for your cruise, a passport is the very best option and here’s why: A passport is the hassle-free, gold standard for traveling between countries. Boarding and disembarking through customs with a passport is usually faster than other types of ID documents.

If you have an issue while exploring a foreign port (such as missing the ship), it’s best to have a passport with you. Guests who do not bring required documents may be denied boarding.
