It works, if you work it. The LeadHERship Lab is not a webinar series or a self-paced course. It’s a guided cohort grounded in community, practical tools, and the wisdom of God. We focus on building your business, brand, and being as you grow a nonprofit, strengthen a ministry, coach clients, develop curriculum, or lead within a social enterprise. Ministry and marketplace meet here with vision, intention, and purpose.

If you’ve built your work around serving others, it makes sense that you struggle to center yourself. But if you burn out, your vision burns out too. The Lab creates intentional space for you to care for your inner life while still building externally. When you tend to yourself, you tend to the work.

This is a private cohort where women lead in public but need a place to breathe in private. You won’t be asked to share anything you're not ready for. Still, many women find this is the one space where they don’t have to explain the unique pressure of being called to both lead and build.

You’ve done a lot alone already, and that says something about your tenacity. Insight, direction, and growth often accelerates when you're connected to those of like minds who understand both your spiritual life and your business goals. The Lab is a space designed to refine your leadership, nurture your being, and expand what your brand which could be business or ministry.

We understand the demands of leadership can be overwhelming, which is why we have designed this cohort with some flexibility in mind. After the sessions have taken place live, they can be accessed online at your own pace when needed. However, we encourage you to make this a priority and put you first. By taking care of yourself, you will also be better equipped to lead others in a healthier and more sustainable way.

There is no typical here. Some women are reimagining what ministry looks like. Others are launching products, podcasts, and digital spaces. Some are bi-vocational. Some are rebuilding after a hard season. All are called. If you lead, serve, or steward vision, you’re in the right place.

Yes. The LeadHERship Lab is a space where you don’t have to compartmentalize who you are. Your faith, your culture, and your lived experiences are all welcome here. We create room for ceremony, prayer, storytelling, rest, and reflection. We welcome the whole you, because when we are fully our authentic selves that is when we lead at our best.

Yes. What happens in the Lab stays in the Lab. You can talk about the struggles behind the scenes, the exhaustion, the money questions, the comparison, the loneliness, without fear of judgment we have all been there. You are allowed to be a leader and a work in progress.
